Samsung’s PL200, which measures just 3.9″ x 2.3″ x 0.83″, sports a slim and stylish design that includes a large 3.0″ LCD, allowing consumers to frame and review their images and video with ease. The PL200 also incorporates a powerful 7x optical zoom lens (35mm film equivalent focal length of 31mm-217mm) that puts consumers in the middle of the action. Additionally, thanks to Samsung’s Dual Image Stabilization technology, which combines the benefits of both Optical and Digital Image Stabilization, users have added stability and can capture clear, blur-free images with the utmost precision.

The next generation EXR sensor in the FinePix F300EXR incorporates Phase Detection pixels built-in to the CCD to realize Hybrid High Speed Auto Focus. It has the ability to intelligently decide between the two focusing systems on the camera. For example, when a bright, high-contrast subject is positioned in the center of the frame, Phase Detection AF works fast and accurately; and in dark scenes, Contrast AF is employed to work accurately. The LUMIX FX700 adopts full touch-screen operation, which allows for Auto Focus (AF) to be set by touching the 3.0-inch, 230,000-dot LCD screen. Once a subject is locked with a single touch, the AF tracking function will follow the subject while moving. With the Intelligent Scene Selector, the camera automatically switches to the appropriate mode according to the subject selected. All menus settings are now available with one-touch control for shooting images and videos.
