All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
No physical goods are shipped.
3. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful purchase, digital products are typically delivered:
- Via immediate download
- Via email
Delivery usually occurs within minutes, but may take up to 24 hours depending on system processing or email delivery delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout.
4. Subscription Services

Subscription renewals may occur without additional reminder notices prior to renewal.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges.
5. Pricing and Promotions
Prices for products and subscriptions are clearly displayed at checkout.
Occasionally we may offer:

- Promotional discounts

- Trial periods
After any promotional period ends, subscriptions automatically continue at the standard advertised rate unless canceled.
Prices may change in the future, but changes will not affect active billing cycles already paid.

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may request a refund within 90 days of the original purchase date.

9. Account Access
Certain products may require access to a member account.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
- fraudulent activity
- abuse of services

We do not guarantee specific photography results or outcomes.
Photography results depend on individual skill, equipment, and practice.
11. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
