How to Photograph Glass Bottles for Commercials

Leave it Alex Koloskov to make two ordinary liquor bottles look sexy for a commercial photo shoot. Not completely satisfied with the the initial rim light setup, Koloskov began doing what he does best–experimenting. Once happy with the lighting, Koloskov’s imagination kept working as he came up with a clever way to add a few drops of “sweat” to the bottles. All in all, Alex Koloslov used a total of three Einstein strobes. Here he is explaining what each of the lights contributes to the final photograph:
