As some of you may have heard, Facebook recently acquired the angel of the app world, Instagram. Facebook dug deep into their pockets as they forked over a cool 1 billion dollars for the app. That's $1,000, 000, 000 (US) for an app that, at the time of purchase was returning a profit of zero dollars.
