Vienna Timelapse and Hyperlapse Photography

This timelapse in motion, also known as a hyperlapse, features panoramic views of both iconic architecture and everyday life in the historic Austrian city of Vienna. Shot during 14 days spread out over three months, photographers Peter Jablonowski, Fabian Orner, and Thomas Poecksteiner spent nearly 100 hours of post-processing and editing to craft the video you can watch below:

Shot with two Canon 600D cameras and a Canon 550D, tripods including a Gorillapod and a pocketslider; this presentation was compiled from over 16,000 individual photos that range in subject matter from day to night, countryside to city, and historic to modern — offering a well-rounded perspective of the city.
