Maysak has grown since March 30 and had wind speeds of up to 150 mph. The storm has been moving toward the Philippines, and although its wind speed has decreased, it continues to be a threat for the island nation. Now classified as a category 4 hurricane, meteorologists suspect it will weaken to become a tropical storm soon.
