The Samsung S830 is an 8.1 megapixel digital camera with 3x
optical zoom. It has a SHD Lens f = 7.4 ~ 22.2mm (35mm film
equivalent : 35 ~ 105mm). It has a large 2.7" color TFT LCD
(230,000 dots). The S830 is built for photographers who demand
quality but who also want a wide range of functionality.
The S830 produces high clarity images with enough resolution to
create poster size prints. It is also especially good at taking
photos of subjects moving rapidly.
The Samsung S830 is built for versatility by offering 10 scene
shooting mode such as Night, Portrait, Children, Landscape,
Dawn, Close-up, Sunset, Backlight, Fireworks and Beach & Snow.
These scene modes help to capture good exposure photos even in
difficult conditions.
The camera also features six flash modes and auto-exposure
bracketing. The flash modes include: Auto, Auto & Red-eye
reduction, Fill-in flash, Slow sync, and Flash off. These
features help ensure that photographers can get the results that
they desire.
The S830 has a shutter speed up to 1/1500 of a second, ISO
speeds up to up to 1600, internal memory of 20 megabytes. The
S830 can also do 4 cm. Macro and Auto macro photos. It has color
effects of B/W, sepia, blue, green and red. It also has a
built-in microphone that allows you to add voice memos as long
as 10 seconds to any still photo.
Printing is done very easily and conveniently with the Samsung
S830. It can be done with one push of a button once the camera
is connected by USB port and any PictBridge compatible printer.
