ArcSoft, Inc. announced today Panorama Maker® 4, the latest full-version release of a program that enables users to quickly and automatically create seamless panoramic photographs from groups of regular digital shots.

Panorama Maker® 4 offers three stitching modes: Horizontal, Vertical and 360° and works with regular digital photos - so no special equipment is needed. With one click, the program analyzes each photo for overlapping points then instantly produces a seamless panoramic image that can be cropped, straightened and previewed in a full-screen view mode. The built-in print preview screen gives users a clear idea of how their creations look on paper before they print. Options for banner style and multi-sheet printing are supported. Users, such as real estate professionals who want to create a web-ready 360° virtual tour of a property, can export their panoramas as HTML and/or Apple’s QuickTime VR format. A set of “How to” instructions provides users with some handy information about shooting photos for flawless panoramic results.
