Samsung L700 Initial Review

Samsung Press Release Excerpt:
The L700 has a very easy menu to navigate and very simple functions. There are 11 scene modes for night, portraits, children, landscapes, close-ups, sunsets, dawn, backlight, fireworks, beach, snow, and text. There are also many effects to choose from. The L700 can do shutter speeds as fast as 1/2000 of a sec. and can have an ISO sensitivity up to 1600. The Samsung L700 can record MPEG-4 videos as VGA (640x480) at 30fps.
